   Roby Rocks offers professionally made tones (patches/presets and IRs) for various Guitar Amp Modeler. You are paying for the rights of using these products for yourself only, you are strictly forbidden from sharing them or making them available online for free or for resale. Buying Roby Rocks products, you admit to have an adeguate acknowledgement for managing them and properly use all related software tools, if needed. We aren't in any way responsible for a wrong use of your device, or in a different way than the one we conceived during production.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

   Digital products cannot be returned or refunded in any case. Likewise, digital products purchased cannot be replaced with others.

    We use PayPal. You can pay using your PayPal account or any credit card entering the data at the time of purchase.

    Download starts automatically when you complete the purchase procedure.

    #When does the download start?
    Download of the product starts automatically when you click on “Return to Merchant” button.

    #Download didn’t starts. What do I do?
    There may be communication problems. Please send a email to support@robyrocks.it we send you the product purchased

    #Can I return the product purchased?
    No. Digital products cannot be returned or refunded in any case.

    #I made a wrong purchase. Can I replace it with other one o return it?
    No. Digital Products, when purchased, cannot be replaced or returned in any case. So, be careful and read all the information provided on the product page.

    #Is the sound the same as I heard in the video-demo?
    We cannot guarantee that the sound will be the same. Variables such as the type of guitar, strings, pickups and speakers can give a different result.

    #How can I use/install the preset/IR?
    We don’t give free support for basic operations. Please read the Guide respectively for each digital system.

    #Can I use IRs on any digital system?
    
Yes. You can upload IRs to any digital system (hardware and software) capable of reading IRs in .wav format.

    #Can I load the patch in a different digital system?
    No. Each digital system (hardware and software) has its own specific preset files. So, be careful and buy the correct presets for your system.
